Our family’s history

The Hatzinikolaou family from Gera in Lesvos has been harvesting and producing unique single-varietal olive oil from our privately-owned, centuries-old olive groves in Stalos since 1900.

It was our great grandfather who lovingly started the cultivation of our olive groves and every year went through the necessary steps (pruning, ploughing, natural weed control meaning animal grazing) in order to maintain the olive grove healthy and thus ensure the quality of the olive oil.
